Dental Technology We Use

CAO Precise SHP Diode Laser – This provides temporary relief for soft tissue, joint and muscle pain, offers laser-assisted in-office professional teeth whitening and is ideal for a multitude of procedures to avoid the difficulties of scalpel use such as bleeding, swelling, infection, and pain. Additionally, the Precise SHP is the first diode laser system to include sterilized, disposable fiber tips for every procedure.
Diagnostic Transillumination using the LUM – The LUM’s specialized LED technology applies a high-intensity light source to the tooth with unique positioning so that the light is traveling perpendicular to the plane of the tooth. In a tooth without impurities the light will travel uninterrupted from the buccal surface to the lingual, which can be observed on the occlusal table of the tooth by its uniform illumination. When a tooth has impurities such as fractures or leaking amalgam, the light is dispersed showing up clearly in near X-ray like images.
DEXIS® Digital Radiography – This radiography allows us to more efficiently detect and diagnose dental conditions. Digital X-rays use considerably less radiation than traditional film X-rays. Digital X-ray images can be viewed instantly and enhanced on our high-resolution screen. DEXIS® digital radiography can aid in identifying bone loss, infection in the nerve, developmental abnormalities, decay between the teeth, cysts and abscesses, tumors, and cracks or damage in existing dental fillings.
Virtual Cosmetic Simulations – A beautiful smile can change the way you feel about yourself and certainly can affect how others view you.
